PHEC Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be enrolled in a Ph.D. programme at a university in the public or private sector in Punjab and have completed their courses.
Applicants must be permanent residents of Punjab.
Students with an upper age limit of 45 years may apply for the Punjab Higher Education Commission IRSF Scholarship for 2024-23.
Students are required to complete a comprehensive examination per university requirements.

If a student fails any subject during the fellowship, the Government of Punjab will not award him or her any more scholarships.
