The admissions for Undergraduate Degree Programs usually opened once a year during Fall Semester i.e August / September. The candidates who belong to other Provinces of Pakistan/Agencies or Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) should appear in MCAT 2024 in their respective Provinces.

The application will be filed online at the University Website. The candidate has to pay an amount of Rs. 1000-/ as Admission Processing Fee (only for one choice). The candidates applying in more than one discipline will pay Rs. 300/- for each additional choice. If the application is to be submitted against the sports quota, then the candidate has to pay an additional fee of Rs. 300/

Candidate securing at least 60% marks excluding 20 marks for Hafiz-e-Quran. 20 marks for Hafiz-e-Quran will be awarded subject to clearance of test. Candidates must bring their original documents on the test date. The applicant must not be over 23 years of age on the last date of receipt of the application. The final merit will be based on marks obtained in Matric (10%), F.Sc (40%), and Medical Entrance Test (MCAT-2021) (50%) weightage.

  Eligibility

16 years of schooling or 4 years of education (130 credit hours) after HSSC /F.A /F.Sc./Grade 12 equivalents. Minimum 2nd Div. with 50% marks according to the annual system or minimum CGPA 2.50/4.00 according to the semester system from a recognized University in the related field of study.

Scholarship 

The UVAS offers financial support to deserving talented students in different forms. Few merit scholarships are awarded every year. Scholarships are also offered by organizations such as the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education; Fauji Foundation; Various District Councils; Industrial concerns; Punjab Zakat Department, Punjab Bait-ul-Mal Department, and Pakistan Banking Council.

Similarly, scholarships are awarded to students of various provinces in accordance with their rules and regulations. Students are not eligible to receive more than one scholarship at a time out of the Government Revenues. Financial support is also available to students belonging to financially constrained families.
