Eligibility Criteria

The students who have successfully completed or are in the process of completing their HSSC (FSc Pre-medical) can apply for the test. The eligibility criteria describe the following.

Candidates following systems of education (i.e A-level) other than the Pakistani system will be required to submit an equivalence certificate from the Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC) in Pakistan. The qualification must be equivalent to the pre-medical qualification in Pakistan

Submitting an Application

Please note that in either case, whether applying online or submitting the pre-printed application; a hard copy of the following documents must be couriered to the Admission Office:

• PDF file of the application submitted online or the completed paper-based application form
• Two photographs with your name labeled at the back. Please refer to the Programme Information Booklet for specifications.
• Attested photocopies of mark sheets/transcripts/statement of results as entered in the form
• Attested photocopy of ‘B’ Form / CNIC / NICOP for candidates applying from Pakistan or relevant pages of the passport for overseas applicants
• A self-addressed envelope for your admit card will be couriered to you
• Original receipt of the application fee

A non-refundable application fee will be applicable as described below:

• Candidates applying from Pakistan: Rs 5,500/-
• Candidates who will be overseas during the admission process: US$ 250/-
• Cash, money orders, postal orders, and personal cheques are not acceptable.

Mode of Payment

You may pay your application fee through the following modes of payment. The original deposit slip/bank acknowledgment receipt should be sent along with the application form to the Admission Office. Please do not send the payment request slip.
