AYF Fellowship Theme and Structure

The AYF Fellowship revolves around three key themes: Leadership and Project Management, Innovation and Intrapreneurship, and PR and Marketing. The fellowship program is structured with three interconnected components:

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for the AYF Fellowship:

  • Nationality: Applicants from any country are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in one of the Fellowship focus areas, which include Leadership and Project Management, Innovation and Intrapreneurship, and PR and Marketing.
  • Age: While not mandatory, the preferred age range for applicants is between 24 and 30.
  • Education: Applicants must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Commitment to Problem-Solving: Applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to solving societal issues and contributing to the projects undertaken during the fellowship.
  • Core Values: Applicants should embody core values of hard work, discipline, and care for others.
  • Language Test: Proof of IELTS or any other Language Test is not required.

Working Hours

  • 5 days a week of working & learning
  • 10 days of paid leave available six months into the Fellowship
