AYF Fellowship Theme and Structure
The AYF Fellowship revolves around three key themes: Leadership and Project Management, Innovation and Intrapreneurship, and PR and Marketing. The fellowship program is structured with three interconnected components:
Self-Development and Mentoring: Participants engage in self-exploration and receive guidance from mentors to enhance their personal growth and development.
Project Ideation and Project Work: Fellows have the opportunity to generate and execute innovative projects, applying their skills and knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Nationality: Applicants from any country are welcome to apply.
Experience: Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in one of the Fellowship focus areas, which include Leadership and Project Management, Innovation and Intrapreneurship, and PR and Marketing.
Age: While not mandatory, the preferred age range for applicants is between 24 and 30.
Education: Applicants must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Commitment to Problem-Solving: Applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to solving societal issues and contributing to the projects undertaken during the fellowship.
Core Values: Applicants should embody core values of hard work, discipline, and care for others.
Language Test: Proof of IELTS or any other Language Test is not required.
