Staff Development Academy is established in Lahore with name of SDA. Objective of this academy is to provide the training and enhance the professional skill of public sector institutes faculty. At initial stage it is established just in Lahore in future this academy will be spread over the province. This Academy also Manage refresher course for the faculty. In this academy following facilities provided to staff, class rooms, training rooms, conference room, library, computer lab, Hostels, gymnasium. Community colleges in Punjab, to see the international model of community college PHEC has decided the established the Community college in the Punjab. Initially Four colleges has been selected for this program. In these colleges Associate degree program is started these programs offered in these course i.e Commerce, IT,Media and Fine Art. This associate degree program is equal to bachelor. Faculty, infrastructure and equipment of existing colleges is using for it. Split PhD Scholarships is program to provide higher learning and research facilities at par with international standard, This program is launched with collaboration with local and foreign universities. This program is fully sponsored by PHEC.

Career Counseling Centers has objective to provide a platform to the students of higher education institutions of the province to facilitate them in developing their career paths based on their educational skills and interests.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Split PhD Scholarships

• A regular faculty member of Punjab Public University
• Age less than 45 Year
• Experience should be 02 year
• Qualification 18 year education (MS/M.Phil)
• Minimum Obtained 3:0 CGPA In (MS/M.Phil)

International travel Grants

• Regular teaching faculty
• Hired faculty on contract for at least one year
• For non teaching staff of university should be permanent staff
• Contractual employee who make duties for two years
• Degree must be M.Phil

PHEC establish guidelines and make policies in line with national standard for public and private sector universities. PHEC monitor and regulate the polices to the universities.
