Academic Criteria

• MBBS or BDS or MD having a postgraduate degree or fellowship
• The degree must be obtained from an HEC recognized university
• Diploma in the specialty from a recognized university with at least one year in service

Age Criteria

• 22 and 40 years
• Age relaxation can be carried out as per required
• Doctors retired from the Health Department on superannuation
• If no candidate within age limit is available up to 65 years however appointment would then be yearly based

• Equivalent certificates
• Copies of certificates
• Attested copies of all the educational qualifications
• Mark sheets also attested
• All the experience certificates must be included.
• The person employed must submit the mark sheet and certificates which are recognized from a university or institute.

• If the person has been involved in any social work, they are required to submit the certificates of that respective program too.
