ETEA is a test that is only applicable in province KPK as the government of Khyber Pakhtoon Khaw has introduced it several years ago. The government is conducting this test every year successfully in different institutes of the province. Students who want to take admission in UET Peshawar this year should eligible to give this test and also should pass this test to get admission to the university. Only those students who appear in the Entry test taken by the UET Peshawar are only eligible to get admission to the University as there is a total of 45000 students appears in the UET Entry test this year, but there are only 945 seats are available for the students who want to take admission in the Engineering courses in UET all campuses.

How To Calculate Your Aggregate Without Calculator?
Following is a method for calculating your aggregate:
For example, a boy has
F.Sc: 80 % marks,
Matric: 85% marks,
ETEA: 50%
ETEA system has
10 % Metric,
40 % FSc
50 % ETEA
Now it has a total of 100 marks.
Now if a matric student has 85%, then he/she has 8.5 out of 10.
And if he/she gets 80% in F.Sc, then 40% marks will be counted like:
8+8+8+8=32.
Now if he/she has 50 % in ETEA, then
5+5+5+5+5 = 25
Now add all of these
25+32+8.5=65.5 aggregate.
University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar UET has limited seats in the admission of BSc Engineering department of Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering as in the UET Peshawar there are 659 seats, UET Bannu Campus there are 100 seats, Mardan Campus 124 seats and Abbottabad campus there are 62 seats so there are total 945 seats in the UET Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
