UET Kohat University of Science and Technology was handed over to the University of Engineering and Technology, offering engineering programs, it has the main campus in Peshawar. At present, the UET Kohat campus is offering B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in leased premises, providing all necessary facilities to the students.
The campus is located on Rawalpindi road, Kohat near the Indus highway flyover. A student from Kohat now has a facility that they have a campus of UET now in Kohat as well. UET Kohat has now announced admissions.

Students from other HEC approved universities and programs accredited by PEC or PCATP, may apply for migration to this university in the same programs, in accordance with University’s Migration Rules.

B.Sc. Electrical Engineering
The Department of Electrical Engineering at Kohat Campus, UET is aimed to prepare young engineers who are fluent with state of art in the field of Electrical Engineering. The academic program is designed to build a strong foundation in the fundamentals of Electrical Engineering along with specialized courses.
Eligibility requirements
The student must have passed Intermediate Pre-Engineering or equivalent examination, by obtaining at least sixty percent (60%) of marks which means at least second division.
Ineligibility
Students having marks less than 60 percent is ineligibility to apply in UET
