Electrical Engineering Program (Specialization in Power System Engineering, Telecommunication, Metallurgy Materials Engineering) NTS GAT Test for MSc Engineering Eligibility criteria and Applications forms are available here. So applicants are invited for admissions in M.Sc. Engineering Programs on the Prescribed Forms in the following disciplines.
Merit will be calculated as follows:
Multiply the obtained semester system marks by the Factor 0.85 to bring the marks on par with the Annual System.
Add 30% weightage for marks in matriculation examination + plus 30% weightage for marks in Intermediate Examination + 40% weightage for marks in Graduation Examination
In those Departments where there is no subject restriction, 10 marks would be awarded to those candidates who have studied the relevant subject (as an elective subject) to which they are seeking admission. Add 20 marks for Hifz-e-Quran if applicable.

Eligibility Criteria
Only those candidates who have passed PEC accredit. undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (details available in the prospectus, securing at least 60% marks under annual term system or CGPA 3 on the scale of 4 or equivalent under the semester system, along with at least 50% marks in GAT (General, conducted by NTS.
All Information regarding GAT (General) can be had from the NTS Website www.nts.org.pk Candidates registered for the upcoming GAT (general Test) will be held by NTS can also submit the admission forms.
The application forms are available in the university prospectus. which will be available from 2020 can be obtained from University Branches of Habib Bank Limited & United Bank Limited Melton on payment of Rs.500/.
Application complete in all respects must reach the concerned Department of Electrical Engineering/Institute of Advanced Materials.
Applications Mach are wrongly addressed or delivered as place other than the office of the concerned Department Engineering Institute of Advance Materials shall not be entertained These admissions will be subject to approval by the academic council.
