As part of its partnership with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and the National Engineering and Scientific Commission (NESCOM), the Engineering Council of Pakistan has announced a scheme for students in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. Scholarships will cover tuition fees and stipends will be paid monthly. The Pakistan Engineering Congress (PEC) Scholarship is offered to engineering students enrolled in public or private universities in Pakistan. Scholarships worth Rs. 1,000,000 are available to Pakistani students only.

In Pakistan, the scholarship is designed to encourage and support students pursuing engineering programs. Scholarships offered by the Pakistan Engineering Congress (PEC) are now available to engineering students in Pakistan for the upcoming academic year 2024. Each scholarship is worth PKR 20,000 and will be awarded to 20 students. Academic merit and financial need will be taken into account when awarding scholarships.
Which programs are awarded scholarships and how much are they worth?
Students pursuing a BS in Engineering are eligible to apply for 50 scholarships. 100 scholarships will be offered to students enrolled in MS Engineering programs. Any student enrolled in an engineering discipline is eligible to apply. Engineering students have been receiving scholarships from the Pakistan Engineering Congress PEC for decades.

The scholarship is open to students who are not receiving any other scholarship from any source
Student applications with a grade point average of less than 34.4 or a passing grade on their examinations will not be accepted

Indicate the exact/proper name of the university, the subcampus, and the degree, etc.
A semester result card must include information such as semester duration, examination dates, results declaration dates, and CGPA/%age

Click on (MS) for the application form of your selected category and submit it online, duly filled in with the requisite information, along with a printout at Congress HQ in person or by courier. PEC Scholarship 2024 documents required:
The CNIC and the university identification card must be attested
Copies of the last examination result cards with the CGPA/%age and semester length attested
University certificate stating that the student may not be receiving any other scholarship, etc.
Certificates of B.S., F.S., and Matriculation attested
An attestation of all earning family members’ salary certificates, payslips, and pension slips
