Punjab school and education PSED department has launched a new service which will response for the best and instant services in all schools. Now a person who has any complaint, recommendation or information regarding school education department now he can present these all on online hotline service. This service has been launched with the help of Punjab information and technical board. This service is an other step to lead Punjab in digital world. Now the people has no need to travel from home to secretariat or any higher authority to put their complaints before them. Punjab government with the help of this distinguished service has saved money and time of applicants. Hotline service will be available from 8 am to 8pm.
School Education Department collaborated with the PITB to equip monitoring officers with SIM-enabled tablets to help them submit visit forms online. Over 1.3 million visits have been processed via the tablet based system. Data is collected on teacher presence, student enrollment, attendance and availability of safe drinking water, electricity and toilets. Free public access to data is available. Website visitors can navigate their way down to actual forms submitted by MEAs, subscribe for auto-alerts and even challenge the data reported.
