The Fazaia Intermediate College Lahore was established in 1948 as (Urdu medium) Primary school in the barracks located at the Base. In 1966 it was renamed as PAF Model School (English medium). In 1969, the then PAF Model School was stepped-up to SSC level and again in 1987, it was upgraded to the HSSC level. In 2004 the institution was once again renamed as Fazaia Intermediate College, Lahore. The college is affiliated with FBISE, Islamabad.

The Administration Block comprises of Principal Office, Progress Section, SIMS Office, Accounts Section, Sports section and Admin Office.
