Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Shareef has started new scheme of Khadam-e-Punjab Zewer-e-Taleem Program in south Punjab. Khadim-E-Punjab Zewar Taleem Program 2023 This program is providing in 16 backward district areas of Punjab. This income will be provided in Government schools of district of Punjab. Punjab was giving before 200/- only every month to the students of Government Schools, and now Punjab Govt increased this income from 200 to 1000 per month. This income will be awarded on merit policy of attendance in schools.

Those students who have 80% attendance In school. This facility will provided to them through ATM card that name is Khidmat Card. With the help of Khidmat card every student will be awarded by Rs.1000 scholarship every month. District which are include in 1^st phase of Khadam-e-Punjab Zewer-e-Taleem Program almost 16 district of the west Punjab. Bhakkar, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Kasur, Okara, Lodharan, Muzaffar garh, Vehari, Pakpattan, Khanewal, Jhang, Dera Ghazi Khan, , Layyah, , Rahim yar Khan, Chiniot, Rajan Pure respectively.
