Entry Test

Candidates of Punjab Domicile, Federal Capital area, AJ & K, and Northern areas applying for admission to the First Year MBBS against open merit/Reserved seats (except those nominated by Economic Affair Division, Islamabad) are required to pass the Entry Test with a minimum score of 60% otherwise they will not be eligible for admission. The Entry Test will be valid for the same session only.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

In pursuance of the orders of Lahore High Court, an Entrance Test shall be conducted for candidates, desirous of admission to medical/dental institutions of Punjab, who have secured 60% or above marks in FSc (pre-medical) or equivalent examination, and who could not appear in the Entrance Test held on expected soon. The test shall be held in expected 2024.

HOW TO APPLY

Entrance Test Application Form, Admittance Cards (both copies), and Information Booklet are available on the UHS website and can be downloaded free of cost.
Duly filled Entrance Test Application Form and Admittance Cards (both copies) must be submitted by hand at the University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore with one set of attested copies of the following documents:
Matric (SSC or equivalent) certificate
FSc (pre-medical) or equivalent certificate.
Domicile certificate of the candidate.
Three passport size colored photographs. (One to be pasted on the application form and to be attested on the front and the other two, attested on the back, to be attached with the application form).
Two self-addressed envelopes with Rs.30/- postage stamps each.
