• The admission fee can be submitted in HBL bank LTD Civil line branch Lahore
• The complete application form should be submitted before the last date.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Medical Entrance Test (MCAT-2020)
• F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or an equivalent examination from a recognized institution / Board.
• Candidate securing at least 60% marks excluding 20 marks for Hafiz-e-Quran.
• 20 marks for Hafiz-e-Quran will be awarded subject to clearance of test.
• The applicant must not be over 23 years of age on the last date of receipt of the application.
