All those candidates who have submitted the UHS admission applications 2024-21 and now want to apply through NUMS MDCAT in Private Medical and Dental colleges are required to submit the online application form along with the following documents.

University of Health Sciences UHS test is carried out after the registration process is complete. There are 220 MCQs in the exam. 2.5 hours are given to the candidates to complete the test. There is no negative marking in the UHS test. The admission process mostly starts in the month of October and ends 2 weeks to the date of the opening of the registration.

Mandatory documents for admission 2024 in University of Health Sciences UHS Lahore are as follows:
Domicile certificate
Certificates or result card of SCC and HSSC
Students who have completed their intermediate in A-Levels or equivalent must have their equivalence certificates from IBCC
Four recent photographs
Candidates who are Hafiz-e-Quran must have their certificates from a registered Madras
Applications / Forms received through post shall not be entertained. No Admission Form shall be entertained after the due date for submission.
