MNSUET is an initiative of the government of Punjab to provide quality and the best education in the area of engineering and Technology especially in the region of southern Punjab. University is working under the premises UET Lahore in Government college of Technology Multan. Applications are invited by the students of Punjab domiciled. The major objective of this institute to provide the best technology and engineering education to the region of southern Punjab. Punjab Government has purchased the piece of land for the purpose to build new buildings for the future. The purchased land is 249 acres. MNSUET has a mission to provide excellent teaching and research environment to produce quality graduates who will distinguish themselves by their standard skills, professional competence, ethical attitude and entrepreneurship, and research.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Eligibility criteria for admission is Intermediate pass with 60% marks in F.Sc Pre-engineering or DAE or equivalent
• Candidate should be Punjab domiciled

University is currently offering a degree in Four departments. In chemical Department is offering a 4-year bachelor degree in chemical engineering, curriculum as per HEC. In Civil department is offering a 4-year degree in civil technology. Electrical Departments is offering 4 years program in electrical technology and in the mechanical department is offering a 4-year program in mechanical engineering.
