• 4 copies of Character Certificate from the head of the Institute last attended.
• Passport size photographs and small size 1″ x 1″ Photographs (4-each)
• 4 copies of Entry Test Certificate passed from any Government Engineering University of Pakistan. (If applicable) One original copy of Income certificate
• One Original Affidavit (English and Urdu) attested by the oath commissioner.
