  Baqai Medical University has established a Minimum Requirement for MBBS is 60% in H.Sc. (Pre Medical Group).
  O & A Level Students have to obtain an Equivalence Certificate from IBCC (Inter Board Committee of Chairmen). Equivalency must be a minimum of 60% with medical subjects (Biology, Physics, Chemistry).

  BDS

  Minimum Requirement for BDS is 60% in H.Sc. (Pre Medical Group).
  O & A Level Students have to obtain an Equivalence Certificate from IBCC (Inter Board Committee of Chairmen). Equivalency must be a minimum of 60% with medical subjects (Biology, Physics, Chemistry).

  Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.)

  Minimum Requirement for Doctor of Pharmacy is 60% in H.Sc (Pre Medical Group).

  Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

  B.S. Nursing

Admission to the MBBS, BDS & Pharm.D Program

Admission to the MBBS, BDS, and Pharm.D program is based on merit and potential for leadership. This is assessed through several criteria including scholastic achievements, achievements in extracurricular and co-curricular activities such as games, debates, participation in social work, productive use of time, and other experiences indicating the potential for leadership. These criteria cumulatively form the sole basis for admission.
Fulfillment of basic eligibility requirements or a high score in the written test administered by the university or a high academic score in any single discipline or any other outstanding achievement alone is not sufficient for selection.
Experience over the years has shown that competition for admission is intense. Applicants and their parents or supporters who believe their candidature to be strong enough to warrant selection are advised that the outcome of the selection procedure cannot be anticipated at any stage.
In view of the intensity of competition for admission, all applicants are advised in their own interest to apply to other institutes as well.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate competence in English comprehension and expression, both written and verbal, as the medium of instructions and teaching is English.
Requirements of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) The PMDC requirement for admission to the medical college must be met by all applicants. Candidates following systems of education other than the Pakistan system will be required to submit an equivalence certificate from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) in Pakistan. The qualification must be equivalent to the Pre-medical qualification in Pakistan.

Application for Admission:

1. Study carefully the University Prospectus and the instructions before filling the application form.
2. The minimum requirement for application is a scholastic score of at least 60% in the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examination (pre-medical group) of the Boards of Higher Secondary School Education in Pakistan or an equivalent examination recognized by the university.
3. The application should include:
a) Attested copies of the following documents:
i. High School Mark Sheet / Certificate
ii. High School Provisional Certificate
iii. Higher Secondary School Mark Sheet / HEC-I Admit Card
iv. Higher Secondary School/College Provisional Certificate
v. 2nd year Admit Card photocopy to be attached if Mark sheet is awaited. Submit F.Sc.-II, Mark sheet as soon as it is received otherwise your case will not be processed.
vi. Domicile Certificate or PRC or Father domicile certificate or receipt of domicile application.
vii. Equivalence Certificate of “A” & “O” level/Grade 12/other equivalent examination.
viii. Extra-Curricular activities certificates, if any
b) Form Issue fees Rs. 2000/-.
c) Form Submission fees Rs. 1500/-
d) Pay order / Courier fees Rs. 4000/-
e) Three recent passport size photographs with your name at the back, one photograph should be pasted on the space provided in the application form.
4. An incomplete application will not be processed.
